I’m Becca

(not Rebecca and certainly not Becky).

  • I’m that introvert at a social event who will spend most of my time with the pets until I can scope out my moment to bounce without saying goodbye.

  • I’m a former houseplant serial killer, making amends one thriving plant at a time.

  • Nothing crushes my spirit like a meeting that could have been an email or fills me with dread like an icebreaker activity.

  • I firmly believe the potato is the perfect food. As the incomparable Dolly Parton said, “I never met a spud I didn’t like.”

And I guide highly sensitive people (HSPs) to quiet their inner critic and resolve emotional overwhelm, so they can accomplish their ambitious goals with confidence and ease.

I love big feelers

While my clients often see their sensitivity as a weakness, it makes them the most courageous people I know. I admire how richly they experience life's joys and pains. They are perceptive of others, making them empathetic, loyal friends. And they are bullshit intolerant. They are so eager about their growth… and they’re f@#*ing hilarious. As you can see, my work is 100% self-serving. No martyrdom required.

Because my people are just the best, I simply must see them achieve their most fulfilling lives, careers, and relationships. Seeing you feel capable, confident, and fundamentally good enough is a compulsion.

My genius is in solving problems. My superpower is getting unstuck.

Feel like your life is in chaos? I got you.

Know where you want to go but aren’t sure how to get there? Call me Magellan.

Unlike other coaches, I am a clinically trained social worker and a certified case manager.

I integrate evidence-based practices and science-backed strategies to help you change the habits and beliefs that are holding you back.

You will get minimal, “woo,” from me

The self-development world is filled with toxic positivity and “inspirational” advice that guilt-trips and invalidates the experiences of big-feeling, rejection-sensitive folks. There’s a reason you can’t just, “stop caring what people think,” or, “stop taking it personally.” A cookie-cutter approach won’t work for you, but I know what will.

What If…

Your emotions could work for you instead of against you.

You could assertively pursue that next step in your career.

You felt motivated and energized by your life.

You worked with your nature instead of feeling like everything is forced.

You had your own back.

You saw yourself as capable and fundamentally good enough

What could you create without the inner critic and imposter syndrome holding you back?

If you’re curious to find out,

If something is both exciting and terrifying, then you should definitely pursue it.
